Sleeping mat.
Consider how your bag will perform if it gets damp. Consider a water resistant stuff sack or plastic bag to protect it.

Personal Medication
Does not need to be a large kit. A few bandaids and something to clean a minor abrasion should be enough. Blisters are very common.
6. Repair kit

Knife (Multi-Tool would be helpful)

A few optional repair items including: air mattress patch kit (if inflatable pad), Duct Tape. The smaller, the better. You can wrap a few feet around a pole or knife. Do not bring a whole roll!
7. Nutrition

Absolutely no food from home. All food will be provided at pack check, including snacks.

*Remember that you need to pack out all trash, including feminine hygiene products. Bring a small double bag that will hold what you bring. Opaque is nice so you don’t have to see it once stowed away.
